Upon cancellation of your subscription, personal data will be retained for 3 (three) months to comply with legal obligations or protect our business interests. After this period, we will remove the related GPS devices from our monitoring software and deactivate IoT SIM cards.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Account Security:

TrackLab is not responsible for storing or securing customer authorization credentials (e.g., passwords, API keys). Customers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information. TrackLab is not liable for any unauthorized access to customer accounts or data breaches resulting from insufficient password protection or user error.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

  • Access and Correction: You have the right to access and correct the personal information we hold about you.
  • Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
  • Opt-Out of Sale: Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. We do not sell personal information, but this right is still available to you.
